Place this instruction card in the center of the sterilization package or in a location where steam is difficult to reach. After sterilization, remove the indicator card and observe its color change to determine if it meets the sterilization qualification requirements.
If the indicator on the card changes from beige to black within the temperature range of 132 ° C-135 ° C for pre realistic pressure steam, it indicates "sterilization qualified". Otherwise, it is considered unqualified. For packages that are "unqualified", they cannot be used and should be re sterilized. The cause should be promptly investigated until the monitoring results meet the requirements.
1. This product should not come into direct contact with water, and the indicator card should not be placed directly on surfaces such as metal or glass materials that are prone to condensation.
2. Suitable for chemical monitoring of steam sterilization at 132 ° C-135 ° C, not for monitoring of dry heat and chemical gas sterilization.
