Manual lubrication: 1:10, the dilution ratio can be adjusted according to the condition of the equipment, and pure water is preferred.
Machine lubrication: Refer to a dilution ratio of 1:200 (maximum dilution ratio can reach 1:500) and automatically add oil to the cleaning and disinfection machine.
(1) Fully open the cleaned instrument joints and soak them in diluent for 1-2 minutes;
(2) After removing the instrument, dry it (be careful not to rinse or wipe the lubricated instrument with water to avoid damaging the protective film on the surface), then pack it and sterilize it;
(3) Please cover the diluent when not in use. It is recommended to replace the diluent once a day;
(4) It is recommended to lubricate at high temperatures, as high temperatures help to dry the equipment, ensure sufficient oiling, and prevent scale buildup;
(5) When performing individual wiping and lubrication treatment on instruments, the original solution can be used.
According to the manufacturer's manual for the automatic cleaning machine, it is recommended to heat it to above 60 ℃, add lubricant for spraying and oiling, and then dry it.
